Nike B. Whitcomb, CFRE, is the firm's principal. She has 35 years of experience in management, marketing, public relations and fund raising in both the public and private sectors. Her personal expertise is in the start up phases of a campaign - the study, campaign planning and presentation materials phase. She is also the lead trainer at the firm, providing seminars and special sessions on donor cultivation and solicitation.

Elizabeth F. Hill, CFRE, joined the firm in 1993 as Senior Associate. Her career also includes 35 years experience with non-profit institutions in strategic planning, board training, feasibility studies, capital campaigns, and executive searches. Previously, Betty was with Sumner Rahr and Company, Inc. Betty often is the lead consultant on board and/or staff planning retreats.

Julia Witty joined the firm in 2007 as an Associate. She graduated from Millikin University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an International Concentration. She brings with her experience in Event Management, Marketing and Public Relations both domestically and internationally.

NBWAI also has nine other project associates across the country to assist clients as appropriate. Collectively, our firm's professionals bring well over 200 years of experience to our clients. Since we began, we have assisted more than 350 clients with a wide variety of fund raising, PR and marketing programs.
